Event Policies
1. Registration & Payment
All vehicle and vendor registrations must be completed online through DelancoCentennial.com
Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
2. Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable after the posted cutoff date unless the event is canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, refunds or credits will be issued at the discretion of the event organizers.
3. Weather Policy
This event is rain or shine. In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the organizers reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel the event.
4. Vehicle Rules
All vehicles must arrive during the designated arrival window. Vehicles must remain parked until the official end of the show unless otherwise directed by event staff. Burnouts, reckless driving, excessive revving, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Vendor Rules
Vendors must remain within their assigned space. Electricity is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, cleanup, and any required permits.
6. Conduct
This is a family-friendly event. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

By registering for and/or attending the Delanco Centennial Classic Car Show, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Delanco Centennial Classic Car Show, the Township of Delanco, The Delanco Heritage Celebration Inc., event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
I agree that I am solely responsible for my vehicle, personal belongings, and any damages caused by me or my property.
I certify that I have valid insurance for my vehicle and that it is in safe operating condition.
I grant permission for the event organizers to use photographs or video taken of me, my vehicle, or my business for promotional purposes without compensation.
I have read and fully understand this waiver and agree to its terms.
For Minors
If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accept this waiver on their
behalf.
